Stickers are available at City Hall, 112 Second Avenue NE Sticker Cost: (per item) Appliance - $10.00 Vehicle Passenger Tire - $2.50 ($6.50 with rim) Pick-Up Passenger Tire - $3.50 ($7.75 with rim) WHAT NOT TO PLACE AT YOUR CURB: Light ballast, yard waste, recyclable items, construction and demolition materials (bricks, concrete/asphalt, shingles, dry wall, siding, lumber), hazardous waste (chemicals, paint, oil/gas, propane tanks, asbestos, etc.), household trash, electronic waste (televisions, monitors, printers, computers, VCR, DVD). The City reserves the right to reject any item for pick-up.
